From the kitchen to your face. These are four products that are especially for the kitchen but that, surprisingly, can do wonders on your skin as well. Companies market their "wonderful" skin products as the ultimate solution to your skin problems.

You don't have to look any further than your kitchen to find really natural products that can beautify your skin. We have narrowed the list down to four of them.

Olive oil

You do not need to go get yourself a dozen moisturizers if you have olive oil in your kitchen.  Olive oil is very versatile. It can soften your hands making them smoother. It doubles as a moisturizer and makeup remover.  If you have rough, dry, and scaly areas on your knees or elbows, this oil can work magic. Just rub on your legs, hands, neck, and face and let it do wonders on your skin.

Honey

Looking for a little extra moisturizing in cracked dry areas? Look no further.  Put on some honey and let it soak on for a while before cleaning it away. Winter will take its toll on your lips and feet, so apply honey to soothe cracked skin.

Oatmeal

You can use oatmeal to remove dead skin from your face.  Along with coffee, sugar, and ground nuts, oatmeal is one of the best natural exfoliators. It is, however, one of the best because of its moisturizing powers.

Lemon juice

Skip that expensive skin toner.  Those fancy ones with odor and even drying alcohol in them have nothing on a good lemon.  Just dab on some lemon juice for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse. This is good for lightening scars, blemishes, freckles, and other spots.
